01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ek334 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ek334 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, payment systems, and all associated features accessible at ek334.io ("the Service").

By completing the ek334 registration process, logging into an existing ek334 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the ek334 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing ek334 from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other divisions and districts. Access to ek334 from jurisdictions outside Bangladesh may be subject to additional restrictions not covered by these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an ek334 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ek334 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to register or use the Service.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as individual players.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ek334 or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ek334 platform or self-excluded under any responsible gaming measure.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition preventing you from gambling or accessing online gaming services.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ek334. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number. ek334 may at any time require documentary verification of the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by ek334 may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ek334 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ek334 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify ek334 support immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised transactions have occurred. ek334 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

ek334 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any balance held within it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

ek334 implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP (one-time password) as an additional security layer. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their account at all times. Where 2FA is enabled, login and withdrawal requests will require OTP verification to be completed successfully.

If your account becomes inactive — meaning no login, bet, or financial transaction has been recorded — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, ek334 reserves the right to classify the account as dormant and apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ek334 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other approved channels as updated from time to time on the ek334 platform.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to the player's ek334 wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and vary by payment method. ek334 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure fund security. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where identity verification is pending.

Verification Requirements: ek334 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a National ID card (NID), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Withdrawals will be held pending until satisfactory documentation is received.

ek334 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's account balance if the payment cannot be processed due to incorrect payment details, technical issues with the payment provider, or compliance holds. In such cases, ek334 will notify the player and request updated information.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, crash games, and slot games available on ek334 are governed by their respective product-specific rules, which are published within the relevant game or market interface. These Terms apply in addition to, and where applicable in conjunction with, those product-specific rules.

Sports Betting: Odds for all ek334 sports betting markets, including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, are set by the ek334 trading team and are subject to change at any time before the relevant event commences. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of the event. By accepting a bet, you agree to the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation.

Bet Cancellation and Void Bets: ek334 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed in error (including where incorrect odds have been offered due to a technical fault), where the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled or abandoned, or where ek334 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

Casino and Live Games: All casino games and live dealer games are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These studios maintain their own certifications for random number generation and game fairness. ek334 does not intervene in, alter, or influence game outcomes. Results produced by the game engine are final.

Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game or bet, ek334 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue using server-side records. Where a definitive result cannot be determined from available records, ek334 may void the relevant round and return the stake to the player's balance. ek334 is not liable for any perceived losses arising from technical interruptions.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ek334 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game restrictions, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings, and expiry dates.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: ek334 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent, co-ordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and pattern betting on opposite outcomes to guarantee conversion of bonus funds to real money. Where ek334 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to remove all bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

ek334 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be compensated for promotions withdrawn before the player has had opportunity to claim them.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ek334 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that gives an unfair advantage over genuine players.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or calculation errors to generate winnings that would not have been produced under normal circumstances.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the ek334 platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring ek334 accounts or account balances through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ek334 software, games, or platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive behaviour, or threats directed at ek334 staff or other players via any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the ek334 platform are the property of ek334 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ek334 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content or material on the ek334 platform without express written authorisation from ek334.

Game content, including all graphics, sounds, and mathematical models, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property protections. ek334 does not grant any rights to that content beyond what is necessary for you to play the games as intended.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek334, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the ek334 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, regardless of whether ek334 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ek334's total cumulative liability to any player for direct damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their ek334 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ek334 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ek334 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude ek334's liability for death or personal injury caused by ek334's gross negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Privacy & Data

ek334 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ek334.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the ek334 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

ek334 uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the ek334 servers. Player passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Payment method details are handled in accordance with applicable payment security standards.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination

ek334 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation): breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; failure to pass identity verification; account inactivity; or where ek334 determines that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk.

Players may request closure of their ek334 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any withdrawable real-money balance held in the account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is closed by ek334 due to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, prohibited conduct, or abuse, ek334 reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the account, in addition to seeking recovery of any losses caused by the player's conduct.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ek334 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the ek334 website with a revised effective date. Where the changes are material in nature, ek334 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact information or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at login.

Your continued use of the ek334 Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and request account closure as described in Section 12 above.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ek334 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent operations.

In the event of any dispute between you and ek334 relating to your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the Service, you must first contact ek334 support at [email protected] and allow ek334 a period of no less than 30 calendar days to investigate and respond to your complaint before escalating the matter through any other channel.

ek334 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. All dispute correspondence should be directed to [email protected] with your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting evidence. ek334 maintains detailed server-side logs of all account activity, transactions, and game results for the purpose of resolving disputes accurately.
